At last, Princess Kate is back with her beloved children at Adelaide Cottage. She will be there for a while to heal from surgery on her abdomen. From what Kensington Palace said, the Princess of Wales left the hospital on Monday and is “making good progress.”
It has been kept secret who else has visited the hospital besides William and when. There have been rumors that the media made a deal with the royal family not to take pictures or camp outside the hospital. Also, it’s still not clear if George, Charlotte, and Louis ever went to see their mother.
Princess Daniela Elser thinks that is a very strange thing to say. The royal expert writes an opinion piece in which he or she asks whether the royal family did the right thing and points out something that everyone else seems to have missed.
She is now back at home after having surgery on her stomach.
She will now get better at her home with Prince William, Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, and spend time with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
The Princess of Wales has returned home to Windsor to continue her recovery from surgery. She is making good progress,”Kensington Palace said in a statement released Monday. “The Prince and Princess wish to say a huge thank you to the entire team at The London Clinic, especially the dedicated nursing staff, for the care they have provided.”
The statement went on to say, “The Wales family continues to be grateful for the well wishes they have received from around the world.”
After the fact, though, sources told several news sites that they hadn’t. Emily Nash, the royal reporter for Hello Magazine, says that the Princess of Wales has instead used her phone to FaceTime call her kids.
“Kate loves FaceTiming the children when she is working away overseas, so I’m sure they will be in regular contact while she’s in hospital, and the kids will be keen to see her as soon as she’s well enough,” Emily Nash, Editor of Hello Royal, told Express.
William and Kate were helped by Maria Borrallo, the family maid
“Both William and Kate are very hands-on parents – they take the kids to school, attend sports matches and concerts and try to be home for bedtime as much as they can. While Kate is in hospital, William will be at home keeping things as normal as possible.”
It has been very helpful that Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo has been taking care of William and Kate’s kids while she has been away. She has always been very helpful to the Prince and Princess of Wales, of course. But more than ever, William probably felt better when Borrallo was around.
Since 2014, Maria Borrallo has been with William and Kate. The babysitter took care of George when he was only eight months old.
