Everyone Thought He Was the Worst Singer Ever… Until David Walliams Did the UNTHINKABLE

The moment Christian Spridon walked onto the Britain’s Got Talent stage, people knew something unusual was about to happen.

The 35-year-old waiter from London arrived full of confidence, wearing flashy clothes, stylish boots, and what he proudly called his “Hollywood smile.” Before even singing a single note, Christian boldly declared that he wanted to become an international superstar like Lady Gaga or Beyoncé.

The audience laughed nervously.
Simon Cowell looked instantly suspicious.
But David Walliams? He absolutely loved him from the very beginning.

Christian explained that he had worked hard on his image and believed this audition would completely change his life forever. While his confidence was sky-high, nobody — including the judges — was prepared for what happened the second the music started.

Then came the performance.

As the opening beats of “Sex Bomb” blasted through the theater, Christian attacked the song with unbelievable energy and confidence. He danced wildly across the stage, smiling nonstop and performing like he was already headlining a world tour.

There was just one problem…

The singing was completely off-key.

Within seconds, Simon Cowell slammed his red buzzer. Amanda Holden quickly followed, covering her face in disbelief. Alesha Dixon pressed hers too as the audience erupted into chaos, laughter, and confusion.

Three judges wanted the performance to end immediately.

But David Walliams was crying with laughter.

While everyone else looked horrified, David seemed completely entertained by the madness unfolding in front of him. Christian kept performing with unstoppable confidence, refusing to let the buzzers destroy his moment.

And then… the impossible happened.

Just when the performance finally ended and everyone expected Christian to be sent home, David suddenly jumped out of his chair and shocked the entire theater by smashing the GOLDEN BUZZER.

The crowd exploded.

Golden confetti rained from the ceiling while Simon Cowell sat frozen in anger and disbelief. His face said everything. He could not believe what David had just done.

Simon called the act “appalling,” making it clear he thought the decision was ridiculous. But David defended Christian passionately, arguing that Britain’s Got Talent is not only about perfect singing — it’s about entertainment, personality, and unforgettable moments.

Love it or hate it, the audition instantly became one of the most controversial and talked-about moments in BGT history.

Because on this stage… sometimes confidence is enough to shock the entire world.
